As a Workday Core HCM Consultant
You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
* Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
* Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
* Ability to collaborate in diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
* Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
We are looking for experience in the following skills
* Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
* Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
* Thrives in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Fluency in English.
Set yourself apart
* Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
* Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework.
* Up to date Workday HCM certification.
* Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.
* 2-5 years professional Workday experience.
* Up to date Workday certifications.
* Fluency in Dutch and/or another language.
