Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.- Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and long-term planning to achieve commercial objectives.- Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and luxury service expectations.- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and guest‐experience initiatives.- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, owners, and partners. Requirements- Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within a luxury (5*) hotel environment.- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‐making skills.- Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex hotel operations.- Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations.- Fluency in English; Italian is a strong advantage. Other European languages such as Spanish are desirable.- A hands‐on, results‐oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
