We produce and commercialise premium products such as Amaro Montenegro, Vecchia Romagna, Select aperitivo, Bonomelli infusions, Infrè decaf tea, Cuore functional food, Cannamela spices, Polenta Valsugana, Catari Instant Pizza, to mention a few. For our Zola Predosa site, we are looking for a young professional to join our team as bMarketing Spirits – New Brands Trainee /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse data and insights to identify industry, consumer, and market trends. /li liDevelop and manage point-of-purchase (POP) materials. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Demand teams to share stock availability and key information. /li liMonitor and plan sales activities across direct sales channels (Ho.Re.Ca.). /li liCollect and analyse customer feedback. /li liEvaluate promotions and in-store activities. /li liManage relationships with commercial partners. /li liAnalyse sales performance across distribution channels (GDO). /li liEvaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. /li liConduct market research. /li liAnalyse competitor activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liPostgraduate course in Beverage, Spirits, and Luxury Brand Management /li liStrong knowledge of emerging and latest digital media trends /li liGeneral understanding of the Ho.Re.Ca. channel /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liProficient in Excel /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liAnalytical and problem-solving skills /li liStrategic thinking /li liPlanning skills /li liAttention to detail /li liCreative vision /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA dynamic and collaborative environment that values your ideas and promotes innovation /li liAn internal Academy with a wide range of e-learning modules and in-person training sessions to support your professional development /li liSpaces to socialise, take breaks, and enjoy our premium products /li liFree access to the company canteen /li liSmart working up to 32 hours per month /li /ul pGruppo Montenegro is committed to equality and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for all our employees, consumers, partners, and communities.
