Retail HR Business Partner
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Retail HR Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for retail employees, including managers, managing all activities related to HR practices and policies for stores in their respective area. Responsibilities include:
* Visiting company stores regularly;
* Recruiting store staff for new openings and turnover;
* Supporting learning processes and induction activities;
* Involving store staff in the company’s values and culture;
* Supporting communication of company policies;
* Talent management, developing plans, and rotating top talents within the organization;
* Analyzing staff needs for follow-up and updates;
* Supporting the HR Payroll Specialist with policy and administrative issues as the first contact point for store staff;
* Managing Compensation & Benefits programs aligned with company strategy.
liaising with the HR Central Department on legal practices and labor law. The ideal candidate will have:
* University Degree;
* At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international retail organization;
* Good knowledge of HRM best practices;
* Excellent administrative skills with high speed and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects;
* Labor Law knowledge;
* Stress resistance, solid problem-solving, and business acumen;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
* Fluency in English.
