Job Description: You will manage the Accor BtoB websites and digital campaigns to generate traffic from BtoB clients to convert leads. You will implement the digital and web animation plan across all BtoB segments, measuring the results of the campaigns and identifying the opportunities to improve the traffic through proper measurement of traffic and ROI. In short, you will be the product owner of BtoB websites, ensuring the best Customer journey in content, structure, format and user experience. Tasks & Accountabilities: - Creation and implementation of the animation plan for BtoB websites - Management of the content of the sites for ENA hotels visibility (hotels, destinations, offers, reports, etc.) - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders the selection of the content for the different websites (Hotel Reports, Editorial, Inspirational content,) - Selection of ad hoc content per segment in collaboration with Senior Director and Sales leaders - Creation of visuals internally of externally with the communications agency and translations - Administrative follow-up (management of technical bugs and monitoring of changes/improvements to the tool) - SEA and Display campaigns in coordination with global sales and e-commerce teams. - Monitoring results (number of visitors, clicks, leads received, leads converted, etc) - Participation in the BtoB marketing meetings contributing to the improvement and implementation of BtoB marketing plan: Qualifications: Who are you ? A results-driven and enthusiastic team player with a customer-oriented mindset and sales knowledge. Your creativity, autonomy, and proactive nature help you excel in understanding both internal and external environments. With excellent organizational and project management skills, you deliver tasks on time. You also possess valuable CRM, Google Analytics, and Excel analysis expertise. Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this role.
