We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team in Milan. In this role, you will play a key part in creating visual assets that align with our brand's identity and support our marketing campaigns.
Design and develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, POS materials, window displays, and B2B platform content.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Content Manager to ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing initiatives.
Create high-quality visual content for lookbooks, catalogs, and other printed materials to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Develop digital assets such as animated banners, interactive content, and perform video editing for social media.
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity, values, and target audience.
Stay updated on fashion and design trends to create innovative and trend-forward visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Prepare files for production, ensuring high-quality output for both digital and print formats.
Provide creative input to the marketing team and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
~ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with familiarity in video editing tools.
~ A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including digital marketing materials, social media assets, and print designs.
~ Knowledge of digital marketing trends and experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
~ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
