General characteristics :
The new position will perform the role of CRMSpecialist based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology, in close cooperationwith other team members and the CRM Manager.
International context with Dynamics implementationsand related initiatives around 12 countries in Europe and 1000 users. Sales& Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service are in use insome regions and planned to be implemented in other regions. The platform is continuouslygrowing in terms of functionalities, departments, and final users.
Important to mention our strategy with Microsoft technologies(Office365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform), fully integrated with Dynamics365. The ERP systems integrated with Dynamics solutions are Oracle JD Edwards, SAPand AS/400.
Job requirements Tasks:
Direct collaboration with business users, understand the needs, collect requirements .
Propose solutions to business needs by maximizing the features and benefits of Dynamics 365.
Drive consistent usage of CRM system and adherence to processes.
Ensure CRM accuracy and reliability.
Maintain the integrity of the information stored in the CRM system.
Project management activities : taking responsibilities of initiate, plan, define scope, timeline, budget, team collaboration, and risks assessment for each initiative.
Monitor and control the assigned activities.
Troubleshoot application errors and escalate technical issues to the delivery unit / application maintenance teams.
Provide system administration support.
Lead technical decisions related to the platform and ongoing projects.
Education:
Preferably, bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related studies
Preferably, certifications on Dynamics 365 and related technologies, Project management (PMI, Agile)
Experience:
5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365
Technical experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and Customer Service. Also, Field Service as optional.
Configuring Dynamics 365 platform and modules
Coordinating or developing customizations
Coordinating or developing integrations with other systems (preferably with Oracle JD Edwards or SAP)
Defining robust models in Dataverse.
Support to business users
Experience training business users in Dynamics 365 functionalities
Experience working with business users in the definition of business processes and requirements, preferably in Industrial or Healthcare sectors.
Languages : Italian, English (Fluent written and spoken)
