To preserve our customers’ experience and trust, the Alexa Sensitive Content Intelligence (ASCI) team creates policies and builds services and tools through Machine Learning techniques to detect and mitigate sensitive content across Alexa. In this role, you will work on essential back-end operations that help maintain the quality and accuracy of our AI initiatives. This role involves basic data tasks, such as creating, reviewing, and managing test data sets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to the smooth operation of our team’s day-to-day tasks. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol liEnhance AI-related responsibilities: ul liLead the creation and annotation of MLOGs for model improvement across multiple domains /li liConduct in-depth audits of machine and manual annotations, providing detailed Insights /li liOversee data collection and quality for complex AI models (e.g. security, social engineering) /li /ul /li liRed-teaming: ul liDesign and execute comprehensive red teaming strategies across multiple Alexa experiences /li liAnalyze red teaming results to identify trends and high-priority issues /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities /li /ul /li liAugment customer feedback responsibilities: ul liLead the analysis of complex customer feedback, including emerging trends and edge cases /li liProvide insights and recommendations based on customer interaction data /li /ul /li liEnhance incident monitoring and escalation handling: ul liOversee the monitoring process for policy violations and emerging issues /li liHandle complex escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution /li liContribute to the development and refinement of monitoring processes and tools /li /ul /li liAdd process improvement and team leadership aspects: ul liPropose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency /li liMentor and provide guidance to L2 team members /li liContribute to the development of training materials and best practices /li /ul /li liExpand required skills and qualifications: ul liIn-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, including current trends and challenges /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for complex AI-related issues /li liExcellent communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapidly changing requirements in the AI field /li /ul /li /ol h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience /li liBachelor's degree /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in English /li liExperience with Microsoft Office products and applications /li liExperience with Excel /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations /li liExperience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
