Specifically, the bIT Governance Performance Specialist /b contributes to these objectives with a strong focus on bservice performance monitoring and reporting /b, bfinancial performance and cost control /b, bvendor performance analysis /b, and the bexecution of IT governance and compliance processes /b in line with corporate control frameworks. /ph3Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Focus on the Following Areas /h3pCollaborate with the Finance Controlling function to ensure proper management of IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. /ppMonitor recurring costs (licenses, cloud services, contracts, managed services). /ppSupport spend optimization initiatives through cost analysis and savings plans, in collaboration with senior IT functions. /ph3b2. IT Performance Management /b /h3pContribute to the definition of the IT KPI framework and scorecards (services, processes, vendors). /ppPrepare periodic reports for IT Leadership. /ppIdentify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement. /ppDrive the development of the “IT Performance” dashboard for IT Management. /ppMaintain and enhance the IT cost allocation model across functions and Lines of Service. /ppEnsure accurate collection of consumption drivers and total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT services. /ppProduce detailed showback and chargeback reports for key stakeholders. /ppAnalyze vendors’ TCO, financial performance, and SLA compliance. /ppContribute to the development of vendor scorecards and performance reviews. /ppProvide financial analyses to support IT Portfolio Management. /ppSupport the definition and evaluation of business cases, expected returns, and financial sustainability of initiatives. /ppMonitor benefits realization and CAPEX/OPEX allocation. /ph3b6.
