Descrizione: For an international R&D-driven pharmaceutical company headquartered in Milan we are looking for a Key Account Specialist. Key Account Specialist - under the direction and supervision of the Senior Key Account Manager - ensures the maintenance, management and development of a selection of strategic customers, and act as the primary interface between the customer and the other corporate functions, through: - Frequent interaction and regular F2F meeting with the customers - Drive the new product launch process providing top class medical and marketing support - Deep knowledge of scientific product profile and key marketing messages - Knowledge of the strategic and tactical needs of the counterpart and act as a strategic advisor to the customers - Activation of shared Key Opinion Leaders - Discuss commercial and fieldforce strategy with the customer - Cultivate and promote the product life cycle management - Master business numbers - Manage crisis situation Education & Work Experience: Economics, Marketing. At least 5 Years in customer facing roles or marketing roles.
