We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join the Global Delivery organization, with a strong specialization in Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone .As part of Global Delivery, you will deliver scalable, repeatable, and high‐quality technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize collaboration and voice platforms across hybrid and cloud environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through adoption, migration, and optimization of Microsoft Teams workloads, including enterprise voice scenarios.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on:Microsoft Teams (Chat, Meetings, Collaboration)Teams Phone (Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Direct Routing)Teams Rooms and meeting experiences (where applicable)Design and implement modern collaboration and voice architectures, aligned with Microsoft best practices.Drive Teams and voice modernization journeys, including:Migration from Skype for Business or legacy PBX systems to TeamsTeams Phone readiness, design, and rolloutVoice integration scenarios (Direct Routing, Operator Connect)Provide technical leadership during assessment, design, deployment, and optimization phases.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Teams and Teams Phone within Global Delivery.Collaborate with other CSAs, partners, and field teams to ensure consistent and repeatable delivery at scale .Support operational readiness, service reliability, and governance best practices.Capture and share technical patterns, best practices, and lessons learned within the CSA community.Required Technical SkillsDeep hands‐on experience with:Microsoft TeamsTeams PhoneStrong knowledge of:Teams calling architecture and media flowsDirect Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling PlansTeams meetings, conferencing, and collaboration featuresExperience with:Microsoft 365Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Identity‐based access and authentication modelsSolid understanding of hybrid and cloud‐native collaboration architectures .Preferred QualificationsExperience with:Skype for Business to Teams migrationsEnterprise voice and telephony environmentsTeams Rooms and certified devicesKnowledge of:Network readiness and media optimizationSecurity, compliance, and governance for Teams workloadsMicrosoft certifications related to:Microsoft TeamsMicrosoft 365Cloud and Modern Work solutions (nice to have)Professional SkillsStrong customer‐facing and communication skills .Ability to translate complex collaboration and voice scenarios into clear architectural guidance .Comfortable operating in a global delivery, remote‐first model .Proactive, structured, and outcome‐driven mindset.Ability to work cross‐functionally with sales, delivery, partners, and engineering teams.
