PpJoin to apply for the bAgile People Partner /b role at bProduct Pulse /b. /p pbMilan | Permanent | 5–7 years’ experience /b /p pMVRK is recruiting on behalf of a confidential company in the media and telecommunications sector. The business is moving toward a fully Agile organizational model, building a workplace defined by autonomy, collaboration, and rapid iteration. /p pAs a People Partner, you will act as a connector between business and HR, helping teams embed Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) into their daily operations and shaping a culture that values continuous feedback, experimentation, and learning. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPartner with leaders to translate Agile principles into people practices that promote empowerment, ownership, and accountability. /li liCoach teams and managers on Agile ways of working, ensuring HR supports iterative planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement loops. /li liDrive the integration of Agile frameworks (Scrum ceremonies, Kanban boards, feedback cadences, etc.) into HR processes such as performance management, onboarding, and learning. /li liContribute to the company’s Agile transformation roadmap, collaborating with Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and People Partners across squads and tribes. /li liSupport change management and cultural adoption, ensuring communication, transparency, and engagement across all levels of the organization. /li liWork closely with Centers of Expertise (Talent, LD, Total Rewards) to simplify processes and remove friction through experimentation and iteration. /li liAnalyze people data to identify performance and engagement trends, feeding insights back into Agile retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul li5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partner or People Partner roles within complex or fast-evolving organizations. /li liProven experience working in Agile environments (ideally within squads, tribes, or cross-functional teams) and strong understanding of frameworks such as Scrum/Kanban/SAFe. /li liTrack record of coaching leaders and teams in Agile mindset and behaviours. /li liA data-driven, experimental approach to HR (comfort with iteration, measurement, and adaptation). /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What’s On Offer /h3 ul liThe chance to play a central role in a company-wide Agile transformation. /li liA collaborative, inclusive environment focused on learning, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. /li liProfessional development and exposure to cutting-edge organizational design. /liliA flexible, modern workplace where people and innovation grow together. /li /ul pFill in the form, we will contact you. /p h3Seniority level /h3 pMid-Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Job function /h3 pOther /p h3Industries /h3 pIT Services and IT Consulting /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
