Responsibilities
* Support the team in diagnosing and promptly resolving technical issues (Helpdesk & Ticketing)
* Ensure IT security by managing firewalls and antivirus systems
* Manage and optimize the Office365 ecosystem
* Ensure business continuity by managing virtual machines and network infrastructure
Qualifications
* Education: Industrial diploma (IT/Electrical Engineering) or degree in a STEM field
* Technical Skills: Knowledge (including academic or internship experience) of Active Directory, Azure, VMWare, and network devices
* Soft Skills: Aptitude for teamwork and ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments. Methodical approach and ability to simplify complex processes
* Languages: Good knowledge of English
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in administrative/accounting
* Workplace: UDINE
