In this role, you’ll support employees and managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape a positive workplace culture. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr/ppbr/pulliFocal point for employee life-cycle management, from hiring to offboarding /liliManaging the recruitment process, including recruiting, pre-selection and conducting interviews /liliDrafting employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters /liliImplementing and enforcing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance and promote an inclusive work environment /liliSupporting and coordinating corporate sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG goals /liliManaging and optimizing HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency /liliMonitoring and tracking employee competencies and skills, organizing internal and external training programs, collaborating in the creation of e-learning modules /liliSupporting HR team in employer branding initiatives and internal communication activities /li /ulpbr/p pbQualifications /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliUniversity degree in one of the following fields: HR Management, Economics and Business Administration, Law. /li /ulpbr/p pbRequired Skills /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliThe ideal candidate combines strong academic background with a passion for HR and people development. /liliAt least 3 years of proven experience in HR roles within industrial or manufacturing environments /liliStrong IT Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Familiarity with digital tools and visual communication platforms is considered a plus. /liliStrong knowledge of HR systems; Oracle HRIS is a strong plus /liliExperience in managing or supporting corporate sustainability programs /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliAnalytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving /liliFluent in English; other languages are a plus /li /ulpbr/p pbPreferred Skills /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliExperience in managing or supporting corporate sustainability programs /li /ul
