We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Principal Team in Milan.
The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of strategic recruitment projects for senior and top management positions across a variety of industries.
This is a key position within our organization, as the Senior Recruiter will work closely with the Principals throughout the full project lifecycle – from client brief to successful closure – contributing both on the operational execution and the advisory dimension of our work.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Principals to define the search strategy for each assignment, ensuring full alignment with client expectations and market dynamics
Conduct direct search and market mapping to identify and engage potential candidates
Manage the screening and evaluation process, including in-depth interviews and competency-based assessments
Develop long lists and short lists of qualified candidates, supported by structured documentation and insight
Participate in client briefings and progress meetings, contributing to a high-value, advisory-led experience for the client
Ensure continuous and proactive communication with candidates and clients throughout each phase of the search
Work in close synergy with the research team and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm
Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Middle – Top management search, headhunting, or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to both national and international scopes
Solid understanding of HR processes, talent dynamics, and corporate organizational structures
Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining strong relationships with both high-profile clients and senior-level candidates.
Demonstrated capability to successfully handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; any additional language is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines
