Position MissionThe Junior Buyer is actively supporting the rest of Purchasing team for the procurement of a wide variety of commodities, materials (cots and customized ones), services, equipment for the Company by taking in charge the needs expressed via purchase requisitions (RDA) into the MRP tool (SAP), requesting and negotiating related offers, issuing purchase orders and securing order confirmation is received.
Responsibilitiessupplier selection and qualification (support)scouting of the market via technical specifications and/or distributors analysisquotes analysisconsolidation and realization of the supplier panelissue purchase orders in the system (SAP)monitor supplier quality performancecoordination with the logistic plannercontinuous communication with the suppliersfile, control and maintain the documentation generatedparticipate in the daily weekly and monthly meeting of the departmentcomply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional ExperienceMaster Degree in Engineering or Economics is a plus.Required at least 1 year of working experience in the same roleFluent in English (both in writing and in speaking)Proficiency in the use of SAPRailway Sector experience is a plus
