Digital Leade
r, in Milan.
The purpose of this role is to develop the best strategies and manage all performance areas for assigned clients, lead and grow the team, and act as an escalation point when needed.
Key responsabilities:
* Works closely with Head of Performance, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and approach;
* Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team;
* Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities;
* Activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients' needs, Leading; brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing;
* Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients' success;
* Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Communication or similar fields;
* +5 years of experience of PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel;
* Proficient in excel and Power Point;
* Proven analytical and quantitative ability;
* Problem solving and data centric approach;
* Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills;
* High details attention;
* Ability to work within strict deadlines;
* Interested in digital technology and has experience using latest marketing stack tools;
* Effective time management;
* Strong strategic thinking;
* Team working and collaborative attitude;
* Autonomy and self-motivation;
* Excellent knowledge of English language.
