Responsibilities
Identify, innovate and collect process requirements by acting as an interface between stakeholders, IT people, suppliers and customers in order to analyze, document and validate the processes and services required
Support the envisioning process of new services and developments designed on the customer needs
Functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document
Management of the Test Plan and associated Test cases (definition, execution, documentation)
Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met and tacking
Support Business Lines in presales activities and in presentation of solutions/services
Supports the customer during the design phase with functional and application skills
Approach and carry on activities to maintain and develop further products being followed by the team
Requirements
Analytic skills and problem solving

Relationship and teamwork skills
Focused on the ultimate goal (the customer needs)
Flexible to new situations and challenges
Degree in economics, management engineering, statistics, mathematics, or ; equivalent professional experience
Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English written and spoken
Good functional analysis skills and test procedures knowledge
Good knowledge of Office Suite and MS Project
Good familiarity with Altova products (XML Spy) and with xml
At least 3/5 year working experience in a similar position
Business knowledge of webservices (SOAP XML and RESTful JSON) and query languages (SQL) highly considered.
