Main project activities: - Identify documentation to be exchanged with customer during project development - Map current customer documentation process flow starting from quotation stage - Design ideal and future state related to documentation planning release, revision and approval - Create an intermediate tool (excel based) to keep track of documentation internal commitment and customer commitment, dispatch date, for each project - Explore documentation management software on the market - Develop KPI to verify process effectiveness - Design the activities catalogue of document controller - Start acting as a document controller managing documentation for complex projects, tracking documentation performance, and interacting externally and internally - Support the Project Management Team on specific tasks during job development - Support project cost database update activities aimed to grant a flawless project forecast update
