Help Desk – Metallurgical Multinational
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join a leading multinational company in the metallurgical sector.
Responsibilities
* L1 helpdesk support (device setup, account creation, password resets, remote support)
* Basic networking diagnostics (ping, ipconfig, cable testing)
* Basic router/switch configuration
* SharePoint management (folders, permissions, roles)
* Coordination with IT vendors
* Team collaboration & problem solving
Requirements
* Experience in L1 IT support
* Basic networking and hardware skills
* SharePoint knowledge
* English (good level)
* Teamwork attitude and proactivity
