FULL-TIME Sales & Marketing Coordinator

EXT designs, engineers and manufactures high end suspension for some of the most demanding riders and teams in professional cycling and motorsport. We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who wants to learn every day and building something great together with a team that is chasing excellence.
THE ROLE
* Build and manage relationships with OEM partners, aftermarket distributors, and dealer networks
* Own our e-commerce presence — content, product pages, and performance tracking
* Run digital and social marketing activity with consistency and care
* Keep all channels, the website, and product listings current and on-brand
* Execute go-to-market plans for new product launches
* Develop sales tools, dealer materials, and commercial presentations
* Monitor what's working across campaigns and channels — and act on it
* Represent EXT at motorsport and cycling events internationally
ABOUT YOU
* 1–5 years in sales, marketing, or e-commerce — ideally in a technical or premium product environment
* Some exposure to OEM, aftermarket, or distributor/dealer networks
* Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
* Comfortable across content creation and digital tools
* Self-directed — you move things forward without being chased
* Organised and precise, with high attention to detail
* A genuine passion for bikes and/or motorsport
* At ease representing a technically sophisticated, premium brand
* Intellectually curious about AI tools — and thoughtful enough to know their limits
* Available to travel up to 50% of the time
