Advanced Manufacturing Engineer&Project Manager EMEIA Air Treatment and Global OEM, Business Line, Team Job Summary: The AME leader will be the resource who leads the strategic initiatives for the Business Unit, in alignment with the business, to maximize the synergies and leverage the competencies, optimizing the footprint. He/She will be responsible for the creation of the business cases and will own the budget of the projects, making sure that the initiatives are carried-out, respecting the defined timeline and guaranteeing a smooth transition between the current state and the future state. Main focus will be on the above activities linked to the M&A BU strategy that is a key part of our strategic growth plan. He/She will be responsible to deploy the footprint process and the main tools, to assure a successful execution, engaging the resources as needed and creating the conditions for a proactive collaboration between the pitcher and catcher teams. This position will foster the LOH productivity initiatives, owning the target assigned to the business unit and creating events with the aim of re-filling the ideas’ pipeline, engaging resources from different teams, including procurement for indirect material spend and freight optimization. A good operations background and program management skills, together with the ability to work under pressure will be the keys for the success in this position.
