This position combines financial analysis, business modelling, and strategic support.
You will work closely with senior decision-makers, contributing to key projects, preparing financial reports, and helping shape insights that guide company strategy.
The role involves:
Building and maintaining financial models
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Preparing dashboards, presentations, and management reports
Assisting with business planning and evaluation of new opportunities
Analysing contracts, partnerships, and potential deals
Coordinating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Providing clear, concise summaries and insights for leadership
Supporting ongoing financial processes and helping improve internal controls
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Some experience in financial modelling
Background or interest in biotech, pharma, or other regulated sectors
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication skills in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
A structured, detail-oriented mindset and readiness to work hands-on
Work Environment
You'll be based primarily onsite, working closely with senior leaders and gaining strong visibility across the business.
Hybrid flexibility is available, though being in the office more frequently will support learning and collaboration.
