Offerta
Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation and troubleshooting.
Develop technical documentation and multimedia support (e.g., repair videos).
Collaborate with engineering teams and shipyards to resolve integration issues.
Act as a technical liaison for complex claims and urgent interventions.
Lead development projects for new models, from design definition to SOP.
Define technical specifications and aesthetic features in collaboration with Sales and marketing.
Coordinate suppliers for molds, matrices, and electronic components.
Oversee quality assurance and certification processes for new products.
Support marketing with technical input for product launch materials.
Competenze ed esperienza
Proven experience in technical support and product development.
Strong technical background in mechanical/electrical systems - Experience in the marine sector will be considered an advantage.
Expertise in supplier negotiation and cost analysis.
Excellent communication skills for customer and supplier interaction.
Proficiency in English and Italian; ability to prepare technical documentation - Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
