Customer-Facing Role
We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual to join our team as a Crew Member at our hotel. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, managing hotel room inventory, operating food and beverage outlets, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk and Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, check them in and out, and provide assistance with their stay.
* Food and Beverage Operations: Prepare and serve food and beverages, manage orders, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
* Housekeeping and Maintenance: Clean and tidy rooms, prepare linens, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
We are looking for someone who is:

Requirements:
* Previous Hotel Experience: Have experience working in a hotel environment, preferably in a similar role.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to articulate thoughts clearly, and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
