The resource will support the team in the following activities: _ Help shaping the future__: _You will supervise company data and administrative processes to support our future business growth and financial sustainability. _ Experience cooperation__:_ You will provide costs analysis and other key performance indicators to the management, in order to support decision-making process; _ Take on responsibility__:_ You will control General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identifying deviations and measures; you will define and update internal rule procedures granting their harmonization with parent company regulations. _ Reliable implementation__:_ thanks to solid controlling processes, you will identify and support enhancement activities. Qualifications _ Education:_ Master Degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent; _ Working Method_: Good familiarity with the Office package; knowledge/interest in new IT systems and digitalization; knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot or Power Query will be considered a plus _ Personality_: Strong motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills; _ Language skills_: Fluent in Italian and English.
