We are looking for a candidate for our front desk.
Main tasks:
- welcoming guest at their arrival at the hotel
- deal with check in and check out procedures
- book restaurants & other activities for guests during their stay
- engage guests on possible experiences available on the island
- interact with other hotel departments to maximize customers’ experience
Type of contracts: 6 months (end of April-mid October), full time, 1 day off per week.
Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree in languages, tourism or economics
- fluent in English (C1) and Italian, another European language a plus
- at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality (4*/5* or boutique hotels)
- high standards of personal presentation
- friendly, polite, detailed oriented
- ready to embrace life in small Mediterranean island
