Throughout the project lifecycle, the professional oversees each phase, ensuring that all involved entities remain engaged and informed until the project is completed. * Plan, execute and monitor projects to accurately gather requirements* Manage schedules and resources, organize progress meetings and evaluate project needs by strategic importance, feasibility and impact* Review tender documents and prepare technical responses for public and private tenders, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met* Maintain and update all project and tender documentation, including progress reports to senior management* Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, working closely with technical, quality, legal, commercial and administrative departments, to collect all relevant information required for tender preparation and management* Monitor tender deadlines and requirements, ensure responses meet standards and record agreed improvement proposals* Deliver operational assistance for daily project management, ensuring that all activities align with established priorities and that objectives are met within designated timeframes.* Monitor and coordinate bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements, and freight forwarders* Negotiate documentary creditsRequisiti: * Technical master's degree * Minimum 5 years of previous experience in similar roles in manufacturing or energy industry* Fluent in English, both written and spoken* Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications* Knowledge of SAP management system* Knowledge of MS Project is considered a plus Titolo di studio minimo: Comune e/o quartiere: Avellino e provincia Link annuncio: https://www.lavoratorio.it/annuncio-lavoro/project-manager-avellino/21364789.html
