Microtest Group's looking for an
IT Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily IT support to office, engineering, and production users.
* Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, servers, networking equipment, and Microsoft 365 services.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
* Support IT infrastructure.
* Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
* Administer user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
* Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and deployment of new solutions.
* Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and internal policies.
* Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements
Must Have
* 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and networking devices.
* Problem-solving mindset and customer-service approach.
* Good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
* Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).
* Basic scripting skills (PowerShell).
* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
