Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems.
Location: Italy - Spinetta Marengo | Employment: Full-time
Responsibilities
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
* You are exciting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach

Qualifications
* Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support
* Familiar with ticketing systems
* Experience troubleshooting in Windows 10 Environment
* Good English
