Are you the coach who inspires independent brand partners to thrive? As Community Manager, you’ll be the bridge between a leading beauty & wellness company and its network of entrepreneurial brand partners. You’ll boost their enjoyment and success through hands-on coaching, smart use of social media, and energizing events.
You’ll coach and support a portfolio of brand partners on their journey to growth. In a social-selling model, you’ll provide product know-how, sales skills, and guidance on team leadership and recruitment. With empathy, creativity, humor, and persuasive power, you’ll help partners level up.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to plan and host engaging events in Italy—live shows, conferences, campaigns, and incentive trips. Being on stage or in front of a camera energizes you. As the brand engages a younger audience, you’ll confidently challenge partners to use social platforms more effectively to grow communities and drive sales.
Coach and support brand partners to reach their goals
Analyze performance data; Plan, organize, and present at events (on stage, not just in the audience)
Deliver trainings on social media, sales techniques, and leadership
Coordinate campaigns and communications with Sales & Marketing
Craft success stories to share across markets
1+ year of relevant experience in community, field sales, social selling, or similar
~ Strong grasp of social media; Bachelor-level thinking and working ability
~ Full-time availability (40 hours), with some schedule flexibility to match partner activity
~ Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
~ Excellent written and verbal communication
