Engineering Team Lead – Build the Future of AI-Driven Marketing 🚀
We’re reshaping the digital automotive ecosystem across Europe - and we’ve been doing it since 2010.
Our edge? Europe’s largest R&D department fully dedicated to automotive digital products, and a bold vision centered on AI-first innovation. From CRM and websites to lead generation and reputation management, we build products that truly move the industry forward.
The Role: Lead with Vision, Build with Purpose
We’re looking for an Engineering Team Lead to drive one of our flagship products: PredictSpark - an AI-powered predictive marketing campaign platform that helps automotive brands anticipate customer behavior and deliver smarter, high-impact campaigns.
You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, a mentor, and a problem-solver with a solution-first mindset. You’ll guide your team through complex challenges while embracing AI as a core part of how we build, think, and deliver.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
o Grow and mentor an engineering team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
o Act as a technical role model and trusted decision-maker.
o Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems with scalable solutions.
o Drive delivery excellence with a strong focus on real business impact.
o Promote modern software development best practices, clean architecture, and agile methodologies.
o Encourage pragmatic decision-making with a “solution first” approach.
o Help push our AI-first culture forward - we already use AI extensively, and you’ll help shape what’s next.
o Ensure AI is thoughtfully embedded into workflows, features, and engineering practices.
o Continuously assess team performance, processes, and delivery, using feedback and data to improve how we work.
What You Bring:
o Proven leadership experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
o Strong backend expertise, especially with PHP (Symfony).
o Frontend awareness, with practical experience or solid understanding of Vue.js, jQuery, or similar frameworks.
o Data fluency, across both relational and non-relational databases.
o Architectural strength, including design patterns, scalability, and maintainability.
o DevOps mindset, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
o AI mindset — curious, experimental, and eager to leverage AI to build better products and teams.
o A people-first attitude, with genuine passion for coaching, feedback, and team growth.
