The Servo Motor Product Support & Application Engineer will oversee both strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring support for commercial opportunities through technical, customer-facing, and support activities. This role supports segment and regional drive centers with commercial products and support management, crucial for customer acquisition, retention, and experience enhancement. The role acts as a bridge between product management, engineering, and regional centers to deliver application expertise, resolve challenges, and promote product adoption. Key Job Responsibilities : Manage commercial product support Handle quotation and proposal management Support segments and regions Coordinate bids Analyze margin and profitability Oversee order management and fulfillment Support forecasting and pipeline development Provide application engineering and technical support Enable commercial training Integrate feedback into product lifecycle management Collaborate cross-functionally Monitor performance and pursue continuous improvement Build customer relationships and advocacy Travel Requirements : A minimum of 25% travel required, possibly increasing based on business needs, including overnight stays and out-of-hours meetings.
