ICS Milan is looking for a People & Culture Manager responsible to deliver high quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and rewarding work environment.
The People & Culture Manager at ICS Milan acts as a trusted point of reference for all teaching and non-teaching staff with empathy and discretion.

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws, including GDPR, health and safety activities and training for all staff;
* Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, maintaining positive workplace morale and managing conflict resolution when necessary;
* Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
* Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication.
* Liaise with and guide internal stakeholders (e.g. School Managers, School Principals) through sensitive conversations and transition and any specific need;
* Assist P&C Manager Italy and Head of School in day-by-day activities related to personnel for ICS Milan.
Requirements:
* Proven past experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment and/or similar field;
* Proven working experience of employment-related law and regulations and payroll administration;
* Keen attention to detail, experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources;

* Advanced knowledge of Excel;
* Excellent Fluency in Italian and English;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Flexible, adaptable, comfortable in dealing with change and competing priorities;
* Proactive and hands-on attitude, solution oriented;
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mentality;
