Location: BOLZANO PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the installation of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization. Responsibility to lead the relationship with Platform for new and ongoing product. Coordinates launch activities, guaranteeing the capability to produce the product in respect of quality, costs and time objectives. Guarantees equipment set up for the production process and the achievement of expected process performance and efficacy. Responsible follow up of Modification Request and final product and process approval. Responsible of Refurbishing department and start up new vehicles. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Meeting with peers to understand the scope and operational requirements/impacts of a launch. Communication and education of the launch process. Working with operational stakeholders to explain detail plans as appropriate. Working with peers to ensure all impacted operational stakeholders understand what they need to do and buy into the plan and approach. Working across the organization to lead the development and implementation of standard launch process. Providing guidance, leadership and support to team members. Issue and risk management, including issue escalation and timely resolution. Leading and publishing results of regular launch team meetings; weekly status reporting. Management of Refurbishing / start up new vehicles activities. QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS (including education & years of experience): Degree in Engineering or equivalent culture WCM: PM, EEM, WO, CD, QC, LOG Good experience in Manufacturing Process Control Team working attitudes Leadership skills Problem solving Good knowledge of quality systems Demonstrated Project Management planning, controlling, resource allocation, issue management Demonstrated ability to define, document and communicate standard operational processes DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: • Excellent IT applications (Excel, Genesys) • Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
