In this role you help customers maximize value from their Workday investment by delivering targeted guidance, demos, and configuration support. You act as a trusted Workday advisor, solving business problems through practical coaching and showcases. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and translate complex concepts into clear customer outcomes. This position combines hands‑on learning with customer-facing leadership, in a fast‑paced, supportive culture.

* Research customer questions to understand Workday concepts
* Deliver small‑scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
* Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
* Clearly communicate responses and value to customers
* Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
* Provide one‑on‑one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
* Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
* Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s)
* Stay current with industry practices and engage customers on those topics
* Contribute to new programs that drive customer feature adoption
* Office Hours engagements and configuration/business requirements reviews
* Deliver one‑on‑one customer configuration designs and deployments
* Travel up to 20%
Responsabilità
* 5 years of IT implementation experience
* 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
* 3+ years of software consulting experience
* Workday Certification, or ability to certify in HCM, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation
* Ability to grasp Workday concepts as features are released
* Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations
* Multitasking across engagements and deliverables
* Strong critical thinking and decision‑making facilitation
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
