A glimpse in your role: /ppThe Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology is responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and execution for Global Blue’s technology and product functions. This role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top IT and digital talent across multiple countries, supporting the company’s global growth and innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role contributes to the design and delivery of best-in-class recruitment processes, while enhancing Global Blue’s employer brand in competitive technology markets. /ppEvery action has an impact. You will make a difference here if: /pulliLead full-cycle recruitment for tech and product roles /liliCollaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs /liliDevelop sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent /liliChampion employer branding initiatives for tech audiences /liliDeliver market insights and recruitment analytics /liliEnsure a world-class candidate experience /liliOptimize recruitment processes and tools /liliBuild talent pipelines for future workforce planning /liliEnsure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies /li /ulpKey competencies to empower your journey.
