SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Month end activities: coordinate collection of financial/operational data, reporting and analysis of monthly financial statement (Profit&Loss, B/Sheet, Cash Flow), identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts; - Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs, maintain an updated standard costing system: coordinate annual standard cost system review, organize monthly standard cost variance analysis process; - Participate to the annual Budget process and medium term-long term planning; - Support business on profitability and productivity activities: periodic cost analysis, Analyse actual gross margins, variance vs. forecast, monitor and support sourcing and cost saving initiatives, investment appraisal.; - Contributes to cost reduction activities, make comparative analysis of investments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - University Degree in Business Administration or Finance; - Fluent in English; - Proficiency with most common IT tools (Excel), - ERP system (SAP-fi) knowledge, preferably; - Previous experience in management control KPI - Goals vs KPIs: there are Accounting Center Division’s KPIs but none for the specific role (i.e.: reconciliations, vendors, etc).
