Job Description:
Enfinity Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy. The Manager will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities.
Responsibilities / Duties

- Coordination and management of the construction projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specifications.
- Manage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and O&M.;
- Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Secure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
- Monitor projects progress and identify and address any potential issues proactively.
- Manage project budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols.
- Co
