Hays Italy, part of the multinational Hays group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which offers consulting services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of individuals and companies, is looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist (contract: ONLY freelancer or fix -term ) Italian C1 mandatory to join our client's company – a global leader in professional visualization & display technologies – to support procurement operations at its Italian manufacturing site. The plant specializes in the production of high -end monitors & display systems for various professional applications The selected candidate will be responsible for managing indirect procurement activities across a wide range of categories related to both soft & hard facility management. This includes sourcing & contracting services & goods that support the operational efficiency of the plant Key Responsibilities Lead procurement processes for indirect categories such as facility services, maintenance, utilities, IT equipment, office supplies & other operational support functions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs & develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct supplier market analysis & manage vendor selection processes Negotiate contracts & service agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness & compliance with internal policies Monitor supplier performance & foster long -term partnerships to ensure service quality & continuous improvement Support cost optimization initiatives & contribute to procurement process enhancements Ensure adherence to procurement procedures & relevant regulatory requirements Qualifications Solid experience in indirect procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment Exposure to direct procurement processes will be considered a plus Strong negotiation & analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Contract : Freelance (P.IVA) or Fixed -Term (Tempo DET.) Contract Location : Hybrid in Saronno (VA) – 3 /5 days remotely
