Hotel F&B Operations Manager
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join our team as Hotel F&B Operations Manager. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
About the Role:
As Hotel F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective food and beverage strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience. You will work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef to develop and execute menus, manage inventory, and oversee staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Description and ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
* Provide knowledge of wine and spirits, ensuring guests receive expert advice in an elegantly appointed environment.
* Create a distinctive and attentive experience for 24-hour in-room dining and in-room private bar services.
* Promote good public relations, handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts.
* Oversee team shift schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Support the development of the team, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
* A college degree, preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
* Two to three years of previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
* Working knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.

Schedule & Hours:
* This is a full-time position.
* The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
