Join Eurofins as a Sales & Marketing Manager and play a key role in driving sustainable growth and strengthening our IVD Molecular Diagnostics business in Italy.What team will I be part of?You will be part of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role is based in Italy and involves regular national travel and occasional international travel, working closely with cross‐functional teams across the Eurofins network.As a Sales & Marketing Manager you will:Sales & Commercial StrategyDefine and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans; Lead and manage thesales team, including agents, to achieve commercial targets; Develop and executekey account strategies for hospitals, public and private laboratories, and reference centers; Oversee pricing strategies, tenders, contract definition, order negotiations, and order processing; Monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and performance against objectives, implementing corrective actions where needed.Marketing & Product ManagementDevelop and execute marketing plans for molecular diagnostic assays, instruments don't and consumables; Define product positioning, value propositions, and go‐to‐market strategies; Coordinate productlaunches in collaboration with internal stakeholders; Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and gather customer feedback; Supervise the creation of marketing and scientific communication materials.Customer Support ServicesOversee Customer Support Services, including technical support, application support, and service contracts; Ensure high levelsof customer satisfaction, retention, and long‐term partnerships; Coordinate serviceactivities such as installations, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting; Define and monitorservice KPIs, response times, and quality standards; Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of products and spare parts.Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels; Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and customer meetings.Cross‐functional Collaboration & ComplianceWork closely with internal functions to ensure compliance with IVD regulations (IVDR, ISO 13485, CE marking); Provide structuredcommercial and customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation.QualificationsAre you our kind of extraordinary?EducationBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology,MBA or advanced scientific degree is a plusExperience & Knowledge8–10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the IVD sector; Strong knowledge ofthe Molecular Diagnostics market (RT‐PCR); experience with digitalPCR and NGS is an advantage; Solid understandingof the Italian clinical laboratory landscape and Key Opinion Leaders; Proven leadership experience in medium‐size or growing organizations; Experience managingCustomer Support functions; Experience in the Italian healthcare market; international exposure is a plus.Strong leadership and people management skills; Customer‐oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence; Hands‐on, proactiveapproach with the ability to drive change and make an impact; Strategic thinkingcombined with operational execution; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Fluency in Italianand English.Additional InformationWe support your development!Do you feel like you don't match 100% of the requirements?
