We are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Associate who will work closely with our Spanish Sales Manager (based in Porto, Portugal), our Italian Sales Manager (based in Bristol, UK), our Logistics Team (based in Sofia, Bulgaria) and our Production Manager (based in Varna, Bulgaria), reporting to our Operations Director (based in Teplice, Czech Republic).
About the role:
* Post-sales handover of B2B clients – update them on estimated delivery dates, arrange deliveries to their offices, and gather their feedback about our products and services.
* Support our Logistics Team to organize international freight deliveries from our factory to local warehouses.
* Coordinate with local logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries – this involves organizing deliveries from local warehouses to clients’ offices, booking the assemblies of our products at clients’ offices, tracking and resolving issues as well as negotiating refunds with clients and local logistics partners in the event of issues which may occur.
Job location: 100% remote - anywhere in Europe. Regular business working hours.
Travel is required 2-3x a year for company offsites where you will regularly meet your colleagues from across Europe. Past offsites were held in London, Lisbon, Sofia, Varna, Thessaloniki, Naples, Valencia and Plovdiv. You can see pictures of our last offsite here:
Requirements:
* Spanish & Italian speakers only – minimum level C1 for both languages (written and spoken)
* Previous Customer Service or Operations experience is a plus
* Smart, diligent, attention to detail, customer-oriented, great team player, helpful, open-minded, and fun!
* Bonus Points: You speak also Portuguese! It’s not a must, but it might just give you a little extra edge.
Remuneration:
Above market compensation is based on local salaries and your experience, 25 vacation days, additional health insurance, multisport card for discount price.
