We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Country IT team and support the design and implementation of standardized logistics applications across our operations.
What You’ll Do
* Analyze customer and operational requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
* Guide stakeholders toward standardized best practices and identify improvement opportunities
* Perform FIT/GAP analyses between business needs and available IT products
* Support solution design, documentation, testing, and go‑live activities
* Collaborate closely with Solution Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in logistics processes and related IT applications
* Strong background in business analysis and project delivery
* Strong Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder) SQL, Python, Power BIAbility to translate complex operational needs into clear IT requirements
