Have a good working relationship with local leadership, Global IT organization, key business stakeholders and end users in Sintersud Site. /pbr/pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities: /strongbr/br/Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: /pbr/olliSupport Global IT Services within Hyperion focus by: Operating within the core values and operating principals of the organization, provides real-time technical support and analysis for internal and external business users. /liliEnsuring the smooth running of the IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity. /liliProactively works with all roles on the team to provide support as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues. /liliSolves complex problems; takes broad perspective to identify potential solutions. /liliMaintains a high level of knowledge and expertise relative to products, systems, programs, and business processes. /liliIdentifying and addressing user problems, performs follow-up with users to guide and implement recommended solutions. /liliManaging crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems. /li /olbr/pstrongQualifications: /strongbr/br/strongEducation and/or Work Experience: /strongbr/br/ /polliDegree preferred in a computer systems related field. /liliComputer related certifications such as A+, MCP, or similar a plus. /liliDegree in a relevant field or who has gained equivalent knowledge from previous experience within the fields of IT Support. /liliPrevious work with IT service delivery, preferably in a global service desk setting, is considered an advantage. /liliTravel may be required at times to remote offices. /liliAbility to be on call and work weekends when necessary. /li /olbr/pstrongTechnical Skills: /strongbr/br/ /polliExcellent written and verbal communication of technical concepts. /liliPersonality characterized by strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple tasks towards an agreed target. /liliAbility to work effectively as part of a team. /liliMaintain knowledge on current and new applicable technologies. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Windows PC/Server operating systems. /liliAbility to install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware workstations, peripherals, printers, scanners, copiers, iPhones, and iPads. /liliAbility to lift PCs, Servers, etc. as necessary. /liliAbility to work with technical and non-technical users. /liliAbility to install, maintain and troubleshoot industrial IT equipment. /liliExperience with Italian Industry 4.0 audits is preferred. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint preferred. /liliKnowledge of M3, SQL Server is preferred. /liliKnowledge of Antivirus support, backup and recovery is preferred. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
