About the Role
We are seeking an operational and hands-on Site Manager to join our EPC delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for the daily management of photovoltaic plant construction site activities, with a strong focus on execution quality, adherence to timelines, and safety.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate on-site installations: photovoltaic systems, medium-voltage (MV) connections, and auxiliary infrastructure
* Supervise daily activities of operational teams and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with technical drawings and project specifications
* Conduct quality and safety inspections, and manage critical issues
* Prepare daily reports on work progress
* Manage site documentation (activity reports, material deliveries, photos)
* Support commissioning and handover activities
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of on-site experience (photovoltaic, electrical, or civil construction)
Required Skills
* Knowledge of relevant activities: structural installation, MV/AC cabling, excavation, flooring, MV switchgear
* Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
* Possession of at least one of the following certifications: working at height, PEI/PAV/PES (Italian safety certifications), first aid, fire safety, mini-excavator operation, aerial work platform operation
* Leadership skills, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure
* Availability for extended business trips, including to remote construction sites
* Fluent in Italian; English proficiency is a plus
