The Plant Quality and Food Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that all internal, external, and legal product and production process quality and food safety standards and guidelines are met at the plant level.
This role participates in creating an "Always Audit Ready" organization in the plant by achieving best-in-class quality and food safety performances. The manager demonstrates leadership and commitment through the development and execution of a continuous improvement strategy, where "quality is everyone's responsibility".

Requirements:
 * University degree in Food Technologies, Chemistry Engineering, or Biology
 * At least 5 years of experience in quality and manufacturing, including plant and people management
 * Background in the food and beverage business is mandatory
 * Advanced English
 * Knowledge of quality systems management, including ISO, HACCP, and TCCC quality systems
