【Responsibilities】
* Assist in daily retail team operations: Support the daily management tasks of the regional retail team, including store operation data tracking, process optimization, and assisting in achieving performance targets to ensure operational efficiency.
* Participate in retail strategy implementation: Assist in developing retail promotion plans based on regional business objectives, follow up on the execution of new product launches, in-store promotions, and other activities, and facilitate resource allocation and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with departments such as marketing and sales to support brand enhancement, channel integration projects, and contribute to the implementation of "channel + retail" business transformation.
* Support team capability building: Assist in developing training materials for the team, participate in onboarding programs for new employees and daily skill enhancement initiatives to foster professional growth within the team.
* Data and feedback collection: Compile retail operation data, analyze store performance, propose optimization suggestions, and provide foundational support for team decision-making.
【Requirements】
* Graduating in 2026, with a preference for majors in Marketing, International Economics and Trade, or related fields.
* Proficiency in French as a working language.
* Strong logical thinking and foundational data analysis skills, with proficiency in office software such as Excel.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team collaboration mindset, proactive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
* Keen interest in the retail market industry, willingness to learn and grow through hands-on experience, and openness to occasional overseas business trips.
* Preferred qualifications: Internship experience in FMCG/retail, overseas exchange experience, or campus team management experience.
