Job Details Job ID: 1991 Location: Bagno Di Romagna, IT Job Family: Payroll Job Type: Full Time Working Mode: Hybrid Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations team. The role involves managing payroll activities and core HR administrative processes, with a strong focus on data quality and systems integration across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. Key Responsibilities Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance through regular checks and audits. Oversee integration between various HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, local payroll and attendance platforms), ensuring accurate and efficient data flows. Support the payroll process in close collaboration with external labor consultants. Manage monthly tax and social security obligations (F24, UNIEMENS, pension and healthcare funds, INAIL assessments). Handle mandatory communications with relevant authorities (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency). Draft employment contracts and manage administrative procedures related to hiring, job changes, terminations, workplace injuries, and parental leave. Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR department and employees. Experience Required 4–5 years in a similar role, ideally within structured companies or HR consultancy firms. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or a university degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or related fields. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and national labor contracts (Metalworkers’ CCNL preferred). Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, preferably Zucchetti. Familiarity with integrated HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus). English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, discretion, and autonomy.
