As a Legal Specialist, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, and you'll be part of a fast-paced company where no two days are the same. This role will keep you engaged and motivated as you navigate diverse legal issues. You'll face complex legal matters that require innovative solutions, ensuring continuous learning and development. What You Will Do
* Provide legal advice to our internal departments, helping them in building solid legal strategies in a dynamic environment.
* Researching and analyzing legal matters, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations, with special focus on financial and banking regulation, as well as consumer regulation.
* Drafting a wide range of legal documents such as commercial agreements, financial contracts, memoranda of understanding, letters of intent, NDAs, settlements, and providing support in relation to client claims.
* Engaging in continuing education to maintain professional competence.

Essential Qualifications
* Law degree from an Italian accredited institution (minimum grade 108/110).
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within an international law-firm or in-house setting.
Bonus Skills
* Specialization in commercial law, financial and banking law or related field is preferred.
* International experience is a plus
* Negotiation skills and experience in negotiating commercial contracts
